This is a pancake light aqua tutu with 10 layers of stiff net, tacked to retain it's shape. 

There are then 4 further petal shaped layers on top, in shades of lilac, blue and dip dyed pink. 

The lined bodice is an aqua satin, trimmed with silver trim, fabric flowers, sequins and swarovski crystals.
